End of Treatment, or is it?

Yesterday I completed week 48 of 48 - WAHOO! I had an appointment at Queensway to assess where we go from here. Although I have made some amazing progress (see here), unfortunately we are still not there yet.

My teeth are pretty straight but my overbite isn't completely fixed just yet and there is room for improvement with refinements (more trays).

I was told I need 17 more aligners on my top row and 14 more aligners on my bottom row. At first I thought NOOOOOO 85 more days of wearing Invisalign. And although this is a little disheartening to hear, I have paid a lot of money to get my teeth done so I want them perfect. What's a few more weeks, right?!

The good news is... I get to change aligners every 5 days rather than every 7.

Soooo by my calculations (if I pass every scan) I will be complete around June 11th. New goal in my head... they will be done for Glastonbury!
